Service Disclaimer:
1. HTI is not responsible for any information on your machine. We always recommend a data backup before any removal of spyware or virii as files may be corrupted during the process. Our best efforts will be made to save all data possible but some files may not be recoverable.
2. HTI strives to finish our services to you in a timely manner. All quotes include an ESTIMATED time and here fore is understood that we will not be held expressly to that estimated time.
3. HTI has no retention policy for customer's information. If a data backup is performed, the customer will receive the only copy.
4. No refunds will be made if the services have already been rendered. HTI has a 30 day guarantee that would cover any type of unsatisfactory work.
5. Services performed by HTI have a thirty(30) day guarantee. Phone support will also be available to existing customers about the services rendered. Additional services will require additional charges. No guarantee can be made on keeping spyware or virii off machines as the customer must assume some responsibility for sites visited. Any use of illegal download programs voids all warranties or guarantees.
6. All prices, either quoted or on our website, are for services only. No hardware is included in this price unless otherwise stated.
7. No customer information will be given to outside sources. HTI has strict privacy rules and all information will be kept confidential and used for internal purposes only.
8. Any claim of damage must be made within twenty-four(24) hours of the service call. Defects or damage to the machines will be noted on the service order before any work is done.
9. Orders must be cancelled at least twenty-four(24) hours in advance to receive a refund.
